    What's Included: Sweep and mop all floors Vacuum furnitures Light fixtures, baseboards, door frames, window sills and moldings are dusted Bedroom (tidy up bed, shelvings and night stands are dusted) Kitchen (countertops and exterior surfaces of cabinets and appliances are wiped) Toilet (tile walls, bath tubs, toilet, shower doors and sink are cleaned and sanitized)

    What's Included: Everything included in a regular cleaning Light switches and door handles are cleaned and sanitized Light fixtures, baseboards, door frames, window sills and moldings are hand washed Detailed dusting Kitchen and Bathroom (back splashes and faucet fixtures are polished) Extra hour included for high detail areas Ideal for: Homes with 2 bedroom 2 bath or larger spaces
  • Which Service Do You Recomend For First Time Clients?
    We recommend a deep clean for all first-time cleanings. It gives us more time to clean all of the places that were previously overlooked during routine cleanings. Most clients switch to the regular clean after the initial deep clean.
  • What if my home requires more time than it was book for?
    We will call for approval if more time is required to clean your home.
  • What If I Want To Skip This Weeks Clean? Will I Still Be Charged?
    No, Unless it’s within the 48 hour window. Within this two day window if you decide to cancel, the clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use.
  • Do I Have To Be Home When The Cleaners Arrive Or Depart?
    You do not! However if it’s your first time signing up for our cleaning service, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home specialist.
  • Hours of Operation
    Our hours of operation are: Monday – Friday: 8am-9pm Saturday: 9am-6pm Sunday: 9am-5pm
  • Is IV Crowns Group Lisenced and Insured?
    Yes, we are! We’re insured for general liability damage and licensed in Manitoba
  • Can I Leave A Key?
    Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic and our cleaners can leave if they get their job done.
  • What If Something Breaks?
    It rarely occurs, but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance company to replace the object of value.
  • What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Cleaning After They Leave?
    In the event that you are unhappy with the service for any reason, please call us immediately for further instructions. A reschedule request must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.
  • Are Your Prices Negotiable?
    Our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We provide some of the lowest rates in the industry. However, it may be considered depending on the quality of job and duration of the cleaning service.
